Practice Areas

Lisa maintains a corporate & commercial practice with an emphasis on corporate reorganizations, asset and share acquisitions, operating and term loans, commercial real estate and corporate financings. Lisa regularly represents chartered banks and other financial institutions, corporations, owner-managed businesses, individuals and other organizations in a wide variety of business and financial transactions. Along with her corporate and commercial practice, Lisa has considerable experience in wills & estates and real estate. Currently a director of the Lung Association of Newfoundland and Labrador, Lisa is also a member of the St. Patrick’s Mercy Home Fundraising Committee.
