Practice Areas

Blair is a Partner and member of our Litigation Practice Group servicing an extensive range of local and national clients. Blair works extensively within the Insurance Group providing counsel to major national and local insurers for auto, home, commercial general liability, as well as matters dealing with bodily injury (non-auto), subrogation, accident benefits and disability. His practice includes trial and pre-trial representation, settlement negotiations and mediation. His representation involves litigation at various levels of the judicial system including the Court of Appeal and Trial Divisions of New Brunswick. Blair’s general litigation experience includes personal injury, motor vehicle liability, negligence, contract disputes, collection matters, product liability cases and health law. 

Blair has taught at both the Université de Moncton Law School and at the Bar Admission Course. He is involved with numerous boards and associations within the legal community as a member, vice-president and president.
