Practice Areas

Stephanie is a partner in the St. John’s office and represents one of the largest contractors in the Atlantic provinces. She also acts for sureties and owners in all aspects of construction law, including Mechanics’ Liens, contractual matters and litigation. Stephanie has handled complex corporate and commercial transactions for local and international companies, including financing in the sale and acquisition of operations and business assets, and contract review and negotiation. Stephanie is also a member of the oil and gas practice group and has dealt with the Newfoundland and Labrador Offshore Regulatory regime, litigation, contractual and project development issues in this sector.
