Practice Areas

Jane MacEachern joined the Saint John office of Cox & Palmer as an associate in 2008. Following the completion of a Masters of Industrial Relations, she obtained her law degree from the University of New Brunswick.  Jane assists clients with a wide range of issues involving construction, corporate & commercial matters and labour & employment issues. She has appeared on clients' behalf before the New Brunswick Labour and Employment Board, the Court of Queen's Bench, The Federal Court and the New Brunswick Assessment and Planning Appeal Board.
