Practice Areas

Martha is an associate in the Halifax office of Cox & Palmer.  Martha earned both her business and law degree from the University of New Brunswick before being called to the bar in 2003.  Her career focuses on corporate & commercial law.  Through her practice, she is involved in corporate financings and also works with small to medium sized enterprises dealing with incorporations, reorganizations and asset and share purchases.

Martha is a member of the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society, the Law Society of New Brunswick, and the Canadian Bar Association.  She is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Point Pleasant Child Care Centre.
