Practice Areas

Matthew is an associate practicing in our Fredericton office.  He practices primarily in the areas of employment and labour law, administrative law, as well as commercial and insurance litigation.  Matthew has appeared in the New Brunswick Court of Queen’s Bench, New Brunswick Provincial Court, as well as, before various arbitral tribunals on a variety of employment, labour, regulatory, civil and commercial litigation matters.

• employment insurance appeals;

  • harassment,
  • leave/vacation,
  • drug/alcohol, and,
  • employer handbooks;
• drafting and reviewing termination agreements; and,
• general proactive advice/seminars for a variety of employers in the union and non-union workplace.
