Cox & Palmer’s Charlottetown office is pleased to welcome Bria Brown to the firm as an associate lawyer. Bria articled with the firm until her recent admission to the Prince Edward Island Bar. Her growing practice includes the following areas of law: business, commercial litigation, corporate & commercial, health, intellectual property & technology and tax.
Bria received her Bachelor of Laws with a Certificate of Specialization in Business law from Dalhousie University Schulich School of Law in May 2010. While at law school Bria was an Editorial Assistant for the Dalhousie Law Journal and received the 2010 Prince Edward Island Law Foundation Centennial Scholarship.
She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Foods and Nutrition (2007) from the University of Prince Edward Island. Prior to law school, Bria worked as a dietetic intern and was involved in the implementation and review of school nutrition policies in Prince Edward Island.
Bria is a Charlottetown native and member of the Charlottetown Rotary Club. Cox & Palmer offers a full range of legal services from law offices across Atlantic Canada.
