Jim Musgrave, QC has been appointed President of the ADR Institute of Canada, a national non-profit organization that provides leadership in the development and promotion of dispute resolution services throughout Canada and internationally.
Earlier this year, Jim reached the designation of a Chartered Mediator, the most senior mediator designation offered by the Institute. These achievements support Jim’s commitment to helping people and organizations resolve conflict themselves, making for better outcomes, saving time and money and avoiding the risk and cost of litigation.
Jim’s skills as an arbitrator, mediator and workplace investigator are enhanced by combining 25 years of practical experience as corporate legal counsel to Atlantic Canada’s top private and public companies, with proven dispute resolution expertise in conflict management situations.
