In Nova Scotia, the Attorney General awards the Q.C. designation to a select group of lawyers each year. Criteria for Q.C. appointments include a minimum of 15 years as a member of the Nova Scotia Bar, demonstrated professional integrity, good character and outstanding contributions to the practice of law.
Dan's practice focuses on labour & employment and administrative law. He provides advice with respect to collective agreement interpretation, employment contracts, employee terminations, labour standards, occupational health and safety, workers' compensation, and human rights.
