Halifax partner, Jim Musgrave, Q.C. , has been appointed to the mediator rosters for the Nova Scotia Public Service Commission and the Nova Scotia Human Rights Commission. These appointments broaden Jim’s interest-based mediation practice within the provincial civil service.
In addition, Jim recently joined the National Executive of the Canadian Bar Association’s Alternative Dispute Resolution subsection.
