Halifax partner, Jim Musgrave, QC, has been appointed to the mediator rosters for the Nova Scotia Public Service Commission and the Nova Scotia Human Rights Commission. These appointments broaden Jim’s interest-based mediation practice within the provincial civil service.
In addition, Jim recently joined the National Executive of the Canadian Bar Association’s Alternative Dispute Resolution subsection.
