 Part Time - Halifax Office

Core Responsibilities

  • Boardroom Services support
    • Coordinate and maintain presentation for meeting rooms, and ensure all areas are tidy and well stocked.
    • Stock boardrooms with coffee, spoons, glasses, mugs, sugar, flipcharts, extra chairs, etc.
    • Clean/tidy boardrooms after lunches and/or meetings.
  • Heart of the House support
    • Load and unload dishwashers (in employee lunch room and break areas).
    • Clean/tidy kitchens, microwaves, fridges and organize cupboards.
    • Stock kitchens with sugar, mugs/dishes/cutlery, etc.
    • Monitor the inventory of kitchen supplies (sugar, soaps, paper towel, Lysol wipes, etc.).
    • Replenishing coffee, milk and creamers, etc.
  • Other related duties, as required


  • Completion of post-secondary education in office administration or related program an asset.
  • Experience in a professional services firm is preferred.
  • Positive and team oriented focus with professional demeanor.
  • Computer skills an asset.
